Capability 12 Zoom Productivity Suite (Docs, Notes, Clips, Scheduler)
Did you Know Zoom has a slew of Productivity tools just like Microsoft Office.
Let me explain few below. The most important thing that I have realized is that, Zoom productivity suite is tightly integrated with Zoom Client and feels one when compared to Microsoft office in MS Teams.
Zoom Docs can be used for documentation, wikis, delegating tasks, work management, and more. Its easy-to-use design adapts to your needs, integrating with Zoom and third-party apps to help you easily create, collaborate, manage projects, and stay organized.

Zoom Docs is expected to be generally available in 2024.
Zoom Clips offers a convenient solution for capturing both your video and screen content, allowing you to share the recordings with others effortlessly and quickly. Recipients comment and react to your Clip to keep the conversation going.
Zoom Basic Users will have Clips basic that will include up to 5 clips and not to exceed 2 minutes in length. All other plans will include unlimited clips and unlimited duration with advanced features planned like analytics
Zoom Scheduler makes it easier to share your availability and book appointments with people outside your organization. It works seamlessly with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Mail and Calendar, and integrates with Google and Microsoft 365. Scheduler is included in Business Plus and Enterprise Zoom One Plans or can be added to other plans
Zoom Notes allows users to collaborate before, during, and after meetings to help drive productivity and alignment
Zoom Notes provides users with a dedicated, built-in note-taking app, which allows users to quickly capture thoughts, action items, and more from within a Zoom Meeting. In addition, Notes can be used collaboratively with other participants in a meeting, as well as shared with other users outside of meetings. Notes is included in all plans including Basic with same set of features

Capability 13 Zoom Node
Zoom Node is an on prem solution to run local Zoom Services. It is connected and fully managed by the Zoom Cloud. It is different from On Prem Meeting Connector, Virtual Room Connector etc) as Zoom Node can support up to 4 service modules.
Zoom Node is a secure unified platform for cloud hybrid services allowing for rapid deployment and hosting of Zoom workloads (Modules) with the following features:
– Cloud-driven deployment, management, reporting, and troubleshooting framework designed to improve workload management, support, and troubleshooting efficiency.
– Modular design allows organizations to deploy only the services they need, as well as scale services as quickly as needed.
– An extensible environment allowing for expedited development and deployment of current and future Zoom on-prem and hybrid services
– Centralized automated reporting, logging, troubleshooting, and software update framework.
– Unified hybrid cloud platform to operate Zoom Hybrid workloads/service modules such as Phone Hybrid service, as well as other services such as meeting and/or chat service.
– Every Zoom Node is assigned up to 4 Zoom service modules. After selecting the service for a node, the Zoom Node Platform pushes the chosen service module configuration from Zoom’s cloud to the device and installs it automatically. Once installation is complete, the Node endpoint is ready for use with its designated hybrid service.
For eg, if we are push “Zoom Phone Survivability module” to only a selected node, then it is ready for service.
