- RibbonCare Pricing Changes
Due to market conditions, Ribbon in more than 10 years, increased ↑ their price on maintenance services. This is done in order to partially offset the cost increase and to ensure that they can continue to provide the level of services their customers need and expect. The maintenance and support service rates on most of their products have increased by 3% to 5% annually, and formally went into effect on April 1, 2022.

- RibbonCare 360U Software Upgrade Service
RibbonCare 360U extends RibbonCare support plans by adding coverage for remote deployment of a major software release. This service provides customers with one upgrade per year (12 months), available on-demand, for Ribbon products entitled with RibbonCare 360U coverage.
Ribbon performs more than 3,000 upgrades each year.
- Give your SBC a Boost
This program provides a migration path for customers with SKUs approaching End of Product Support (EoPS) on December 30, 2022. As part of the promotion, Ribbon is including a cost favorable ‘Go Virtual’ option to modernize your deployment. If you are HCLTech customer, please reach out if you need assistance.
- Move to Virtual SBC:
Ribbon will offer a discount off Ribbon’s published list prices – applicable to SWe Edge and licenses ported from existing system, plus any new software and licenses. A 3-year minimum commitment on maintenance is required.
- Move to Hardware SBC:
Discount on Ribbon’s published list prices for Hardware (HW) – this is the current standard discount to distribution (e.g., no additional discount)
Discount on Software (SW) off Ribbon’s published list prices – applicable to SW and licenses on the existing systems plus any new SW and licenses..
A 3-year minimum commitment on maintenance is required.
